RhodesMed, run by a team of agents

Three ways of working with the same seven agents, the same sample data, and the same rule: the agents research, draft, and recommend. A person posts, spends, and edits the website. Every screen has loading, empty, and error states; switch them with the “Demo data state” control in each prototype.

A

Mission Control

A supervision desk. You see the whole team at once.

  • Agents page with states: Working, Verifying, Waiting on you, Blocked
  • Approvals inbox with checkpoints (strategy, clinical, founder)
  • Intelligence tables: competitors, attention map, opportunities
  • Content by stage, Results funnel, Reports, Budget, Team
Fits: an owner who wants to watch everything and decide fast. Most screens, most control.
B

Marketing Desk (chat)

You talk to one Director agent. It runs the team and shows its work live.

  • Chat with suggested asks; answers come back as cards with buttons
  • Live team panel: who is doing what right now, and why
  • Approvals handled inside the conversation
  • Library of everything produced; Watchlist; Results
Fits: “probably just me.” Lowest learning curve. One place to ask, one place to decide.
C

Growth Board (pipeline)

Work moves left to right. Agents own stages, people own the gates.

  • Board: Signals → Opportunities → Drafting → Clinical review → Approved → Posted → Measured
  • This week: the plan, your three decisions, who needs to do what
  • Experiments with hypotheses and success metrics (patients, not views)
  • Cadence strip: daily scan, weekly intel, weekly plan, monthly review
Fits: a small team (Stacy, Emily, Lisa) that needs to see where each piece sits and whose turn it is.
